“I’ve been here a couple times for my oil change and they always do a great job! They use the higher grade oil per my request and always replace the filter. Usually takes an hour and a half, and I can walk a block to my apartment while I wait. There is a shopping center two blocks away that you can go to. There are lots of restaurants walking distance. The Galleria is walking distance as well. Movie theater etc. lots to do while you wait. I highly recommend this mechanic if you’re in the area. They did send me an up to date inspection report and I was able to compare notes with my dealership multi point. Great guys! Walter Joya, is who has been assisting me.”

“Great experience as compared to the place on Chimney Rock. I asked for a price to replace my thermostat and they did it for the price they quoted, fast with no problems. It should be this simple most of the time. Parts were a little high, but considering the convenience of how quick they did it and communicated it, I’m okay with it.”

“I can't say enough good about this shop. My 87 year old dad was on a road trip in his Road Trek Van. He broke down on 610 and was towed and left at Dilliards parking lot. I did my research and found Uptown and called. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. We arranged tow and got him to their shop. It ended up being an overnight process, but they were very accommodating and treated him like their own. Thank you Uptown!!!”
